January is off to a great start. The gym is busy, we are seeing some familiar faces that we haven’t seen during the holidays, we are also seeing some new faces. Please introduce yourself to the new people to make them feel welcome to the community. Just remember how weird everyone seemed when you first showed up and you probably remember the people who went out of their way to welcome you.
When New Years rolls around people start to want to make changes. Not just New Years Resolutions, but the fresh year is often an opportunity for reflection. Knowing that people are looking for more we are starting to roll out some more options for people.
